HK Cat Refuge runs a shelter for predominently abandoned cats in Tuen Mun. They are also very active in an ABC program for street dogs in the New Territories and trap, neuter, release for street cats in collaboration with the SPCA.
The volunteers do the very best for the animals with limited funding.
