Please enjoy browsing through our Adoption Gallery Section. When adopting your first cat it's always good to take into consideration your lifestyle. Having an indoor cat is fairly low maintenance, but if you work long hours and go on many holidays it would really be wise to adopt two kittens, or an older cat and a kitten. They will keep each other company during the day, and if you decide to leave HK both can travel in one pet crate, it really is a kinder existence for them. Yes cats can be independant when forced into that situation, but wouldn't you much prefer to have a friend, rather than sit at home all day on your own?
If you are adoping cats for your kids, or you plan to have kids, please take into consideration every aspect; allergies, scratches etc. It's upsetting when people adopt, then decide after having the kids that they no longer want the cats (as is often the case).
We understand that people can't forsee unstable employment or hectic business schedules, but please take this into account when you first decide to adopt. If you can't commit to the rest of your cat's life, then it's unfair to adopt them in the first place.
